Practical Exercise: Identify an Egregor in Your Life

Step 1: Observe your collective emotional ties

List groups, ideas, or entities with which you feel a strong emotional connection.

Step 2: Identify their influence on your behavior

For each item, ask yourself:

  • How does this affect my thinking, dressing, acting, or decision-making?
  • Would I feel emotionally upset if someone criticized this group or idea?
  • Do I feel "automatic loyalty" to it?

Step 3: Feel its energy

Close your eyes, visualize the group/symbol/idea, and sense:

  • Is it warm, protective, expansive?
  • Heavy, demanding, controlling?
  • Does it bring peace or anxiety? Love or fear?

Step 4: Make conscious decisions

Decide whether to continue feeding it or to gradually disengage if it limits your freedom or balance.
